- Entrance area and the Shrek/Lucy building are annexed into Hollywood. Despicable Me and HRRR will be in separate areas
- Sprucing up ($10 million)
- Shrek and Lucy bulldozed for a three-story Omnimover titled "Universal's Hollywood Dream". Located inside the Universal City Theater, Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey host a journey through Universal's film and TV library. Capacity - 3,000/hr. ($115 million)
- Horror Make-Up Show gets some updates ($15 million)
- T2 3D revamped to be "Terminator: The Final Reckoning", with a new film directed by James Cameron, updated pre-show, better facade and more interactivity. Capacity - 1,500/show. 4,500/hr. ($50 million)
- Gardens of Allah transformed into a historical museum. Props from Lucy - A Tribute, Shrek 4D, Jaws, etc. would be featured here. Capacity - 350 to 400/hr. ($5 million)
- E.T. Adventure gets massive upgrade with a new queue through Elliot's suburb/house, culminating in the iconic forest. The actual ride gets new spaceship vehicles for those who don't meet the 34" height requirement or who want a calmer experience, full-fledged AAs, new fog/wind effects, updated projections and a less creepy finale. Capacity increase - 100 to 150/hr. ($65 million)
