I'm planning a trip to Disneyland this January. We're planning to stay at the Grand Californian, in a room with a view of Downtown Disney. I've heard that the noise from Downtown Disney can be heard clearly in these rooms. Is this true or just an exaggeration? Can DL be seen from these rooms?
When staying on site at WDW, guests can purchase a length of stay pass, does Disneyland and DCA have an equivalent pass? We'll be staying for 8 nights.
My girlfriend and sister are mad x-mas freaks and need to know if the x-mas decorations will still be up during the first week of January.
