Osborne Lights Starting Date for 2014?

So, with the November calendar now out, we can see that MK has a 7pm close slated for 11/7/14. While I've seen a few sites reporting it as official, one could at least guess that 11/7 is going to be the first night for MCMCP of 2014. I noticed last year- and maybe even the year before- that Osborne Lights started up on the same night as the first MVMCP. Can anyone confirm if the starts of these two holiday festivities historically coincide like this? I'm just trying to plan our evening for the 7th. I have no plans for MVMP (aside from possibly catching Holiday Wishes from outside the park), but I'd love to be there for the first lighting of the Osborne Lights.

Not sure if they will be happening in 2014. If they do happen, they usually start between 11/8 to 11/10

I haven't heard anything official yet, but I think you have had a pretty good guess taking timings into account. I'll keep an eye out!

@Buzz2001 I know there was speculation that they wouldn't be happening, but I vaguely remember this being declared a false rumor. Disney still has it on their website and says to check back for dates as the season approaches. Being optimistic

I remember last year Disney saying it was the last time at that location. I thought they were moving them to a different location.

While we all know these things are subject to change, it does still say it's going to be located in Streets of America...

Disney never said anything on the subject. There were rumors around here of a move, but the Osborne Lights will certainly be at DHS this year at least. 11/7 to sometime the first week of January 2015 is a good guess.

This makes sense to me. They normally have them up for the Wine & Dine half marathon, which is on 11/8 this year.
