I believe this is for their 6th on site resort hotel. The Aventura Resort. Which is rumored to be a 600 room value resort.

They are and I assume you are smart enough to understand the planning difference between a new park and a new hotel.

I thought they were building a boutique type hotel near VB as well? Is that Adventura? Along with the additional towers at Cabana Bay.
