OKW vs POFQ

I understand that one is a deluxe/DVC and the other is a moderate, but I am torn. It seems like OKW would be a quieter option (if that makes sense), but POFQ seems to have better pools/quick service options, etc. Thoughts?
We are staying July 24-30 and have a 5 year old daughter.

(We've stayed at POR, CBR, CSR in the past)

I love the one- and two-bedroom villas at Old Key West since they're absolutely enormous. They're my #1 choice when traveling with a large party. But if you're just looking for a "regular" hotel room, I'd save some money and go with POFQ for the reasons @ParentsOf4 outlined.
