There really is not that much difference, the second week might be slightly busier due to veterans day, the Christmas Decorations at the parks start going up right after the last Halloween party, but the resorts typically don't get them up until Thanksgiving week.

I went the 1st week in 2015 and the 2nd last year and didn't notice any difference.
