The first 3 games were some of the best games I've ever seen. I hope next weeks are just as good

Defense gave me a scare there, but it wasn't as close as the score.

    I'm seeing a Pats-49ers Super Bowl.

FUnny how after an entire football season it ends up the same as last year ( as far as the AFC is concerned). So now we have 4 more quaters to figure this out....again. Me? Honestly my head says Pats should win this easily. They have been playing at a real high level. But I said the same thing about the Broncos. I have seen over and over again that Broncos blew that game. I think you have to give some credit to Flacco and the Baltimore defense. Denver had atleast the ball three times in the OT and could have won it. Baltimores defense stopped the Broncos. Flacco made some big time throws. I think the Pats over looked the Ravens and were hoping for a Manning vs Brady championship. So here we are an entire football season and its right back where we started.

I never watch it, or the All-star baseball games either. To me, it's just a mockery of what team sports are about. JMHO of course.

The Pats never overlook anybody. I see all this talk about Ravens wanting revenge for last season. The Pats want revenge for THIS season. Flacco impressed me yesterday, and there's no doubt, he has a great arm. What he still lacks is football smarts and the ability to manage the clock. If he can get that down, he'll be in good shape. I don't think next week's game will be easy for the Pats. They just lost Gronkowski (again), and Woodhead is hurt too. I just think Brady is too obsessed with winning it all this year. He's got this look in his eyes like he refuses to lose.

BTW, am I the only one who really dislikes Kapernick, or whatever his name is? He's not as big of a tool as JJ Watt, but he's pretty damn irritating. Once he plays a defense that can shut down the college style offense, he's screwed.

I completely agree. There's no point to it. They eliminate half of the legal hits because it's not safe, so it's always a shoot out. They are thinking about eliminating it after this year though.

I've said it as well as someone else around here. He just seems cocky. The taunting yesterday was completely unnecessary. The thing is, though, is that Harbaugh teaches him to be cocky because Harbaugh is cocky himself. And yes, he's screwed once he plays a good defense. Evidence would be when he got blown out by Seattle.

I used to like Watt when he played at Wisconsin (I'm a from Wisconsin, obviously), but ever since I saw him when the Pack played the Texans, he just seems like an idiot.

Cant argue with you for one second. If I was betting my hard earned cash I would take the Pats. The revenge angle on any game is crap. Something for the talking heads. Both teams have different motivations. I still think its kind of cool that after an entire season it comes back to the where it ended last year.

In case anyone didn't know, Gronkowski rebroke his forearm again, this time requiring surgery, and he will miss the remainder of the playoffs.

You could tell it was serious when it happened - he was obviously in a lot of pain.

Just saw that as well. The Pats won't skip a beat though.

Falcons gave me a heart attack today. That was an intense second half. I feel pretty confident about next week as long a Nolan lights a fire under our defense. The way they played in the second half was just humiliating. I'm hoping for a Falcons-Ravens Super Bowl just to see Ray Lewis and Tony G. both go out in style.
