New high-end restaurant in NOS? (RUMOR)

So, only one site seems to be reporting this currently...but it doesn't seem super far-fetched. Apparently there is a new high-end restaurant going in upstairs in NOS which the reconstructed 21 Royal Street staircase will serve as the entrance to. Sounds like it could potentially be pretty small and super pricey w/ alcoholic beverages (the first non-members only venue to provide alcohol in DL proper). Here's the story...anyone hearing anything else about this?

I think this is BS. There's not much space there, and frankly, I've never even heard of this site.

That was my initial reaction. I follow just about every reputable Disney news/rumor site. Never heard of this one until today. That said, the site does seem fairly legit and not some cobbled amateur hour site. Like I said, the rumor itself doesn't seem that far-fetched. Small space yes, but it seems like that may be the intention of the restaurant and the exclusive Club 33-like vibe it'd offer guests.

From Inside the Magic:

Update: Disneyland reached out to clarify that 21 Royal Street will not be a new restaurant, but rather a private dining space. It will initially be available to be booked for Club 33 members and their guests and may open to public bookings in the future. The exact space it will occupy could not be confirmed. Disney would not say if the Dream Suite will be repurposed.

Well there ya go... Original article wasn't too far off then. Excited to see what the remodeled staircase looks like. Hopefully they don't muck this one up! :)
