Since you can bank and borrow your points that would be fine. You could get much better accomdations using 2 years worth of points. You can even use 3 years worth of points by banking and borrowing. Keep in mind, it is not the most cost effective, but there are many other options for using your points other then WDW DVC resorts. There are also 2 very nice DVC beach resorts too (let's hope Vero Beach weathered Frances well.)

When we bought into DVC we planned on going once a year. Since then we have been on 4 trips and we joned a little over 2 years ago. It is addictive.

That's what we are planning to do. Banking our 160 points every other year gives us a 2 bedroom at SSR for 7 nights in February (316 points). I figured out DVC would pay for itself in 10 years.
