So, an accident huh? And here I was waiting on the arrest of a crazed loner, deranged over the $2 increase in parking fees.

To be fair, for those nutjobs (and I say that with affection) that don't have parking on their AP and make 200 visits per year...that's $400 extra that pretty much kills their churro budget. I can easily see one of them filling the description you made above.
