Can anyone confirm that Tomorrowland Terrace is actually open everyday? We visited 9 times last year and it was only open once. Love to eat lunch with the view of the castle!

The counter is not but the seating area is (until late afternoon when prep begins for the dessert party.) You can get food from Casey's or the Lunching Pad and bring it to a table in the Tomorrowland Terrace and still enjoy the castle view while you eat.

How does this work so you dont end up with cold or soggy food?

Do you tell it when you arrive at the restaurant and then they start making it? as if say your placing your order while standing in line for a ride you wouldn't be able to predict how long it would take you to get over to the restaurant

and i know thats how some of the others for other companies work like mcd's and taco bell it knows via location services when you arrive and then they make your order then so its not sitting around.

You hit the "I am here" button on the app and then they prepare your order. It's a way to bypass the ordering line.
