MK EMH Frontier and Adventureland

I can't find on the Disney site which rides are open for morning EMH? My plan was to hit these lands for our 2nd day at MK during mEMH. Touring plans shows SM, BTMR and JC not opening until after EMH. Is that right? If that is the case what touring plan do you suggest for mEMH? I usually avoid but we are just spending the morning at MK. TIA

My understanding is that it is only Fantasyland that is open for EMH.

Fantasyland and Tomorrowland are the only areas open for morning EMH.

We have found that even though those areas are not open during EMH, if you go over right when they do open, they are really barren. Everyone seems to get stuck in the areas they started in once they get there. We were there during a real low crowd level time but for the first hour and a half adventure land was open we were nearly the only family back there. We were walking onto attraction after attraction.
