OK, I really believe that people are making the jump from:

"I had a bad experience"
to
"This is all happening because Roy left"

beacause they want to believe that the comapny is falling apart and going down the drain because of what is going on at the top levels of management. I'm sure that 5, 10, 15 years ago, there were as many stories about the occasional bad CM as there are now, but people are looking to find any excuse to be Chicken Littles because of Roy's departure.

People just need to calm down.
