No additional theming, just more palm trees to hide the back of the buildings
But palm trees don't hide anything. For 90% of their height, a palm tree is no more scenic than a telephone pole. :banghead:

Is it really too much to ask for some mid-level shrubs and trees to go along with the palm trees? Especially if we're attempting for any semblance of a Midwestern-ish Victorian-ish theme? Or is all that too expensive for a park that charges $100/day?

I can't wait for the #story on this one.

You mean the Back story on the escape t̶u̶n̶n̶e̶l̶ route? (A Remy theme could work: decorate the walls to look like the inside of a sewer, combine it with summer downpours, add in a waterfall at the end...)

Actually Joe Rhode needs to come in and talk about his expeditions to remote small-town Missouri and explain how palm trees are used in traditional ceremonies by the indigenous people.

I heard they're installing stanchions at the entrance and going to magic band it so that you can reserve your last of 3 FP+ at the end of the day. Makes it so fewer people can use those extra FP+'s.

Not totally sure what you're referring to, but yes, the new parks being built above the waterway will be the new FP+ viewing areas for Wishes. Blueprints with the FP+ posts clearly labeled were posted very early on in this thread.

To be fair you can't see any of this work when you're in the park because its all guarded by the green construction walls. The person who took these pictures must have had their camera at the end of one of those camera-sticks to get it up higher.
Wish that were so. The walls only block part of the mess. Those pix looked like they were taken over the wall near the Plaza Restaurant. You can also see the area from the main entry bridge from the Castle Hub to Tomorrowland as well as the seating area for Tomorrowland Terrace just a few steps to the East of the pictures above. No wall at all there.

Can't block firework viewing from the Terrace
