Disney seriously needs to put MSEP to rest and stop bringing it back. It's almost 50 years at this point. Just let Dreamlights carry the MSEP legacy for now on.
Even the Dreamlights title Drum unit
Puts the original MSEP drum float to shame.

Yes, I really would like to know about the future of parades at WDW. But like the MSEP, you just don't seem to know when enough is enough. This is a politics-free forum. Everyone else here is able to abide by this simple rule. Having a huge ego doesn't make you exempt from the rules.

I just don't trust them with this parade, lol. I love it for nostalgia reasons but it's been way past it's expiration date. WAY past. I want to hear and know it's gone. But I think DL will trot it out when they want to market something or drive attendance. I have to say their strategy is interesting. Put away PTN for a while so demand for it's return builds (yes I know it needed to take a break for some work to be done). Bring back MSEP and the crowds pour in. Bring PTN back and crowds pour into DCA. It's pretty smart. I just can't see them long-term having two night parades sitting on site but who knows? They could always give it holiday overlays and trot it out then 
And I know this is a ridiculous never ending back and forth but I can't see MSEP coming back to WDW. Execs are likely loving not having to budget for a night parade every night. In this instance, I still don't trust them to have one for the 50th even though the insiders keep saying that's the plan. Look how long Disneyland got away with not having a night parade. WDW execs are probably hoping no one notices or cares so it justifies them not having one.

A new float will replace Frozen in the PTN lineup at DCA.

I believe so. I think Frozen is out? Which is a shame as that was a nice float. But Dreamlights will always put PTN to shame. PTN is nice and new and shiny but it could be a heck of lot more. I think it's a bit overrated but I need to see it in person. I actually like the music though and the floats are nice. The tech is nice. But I just think Dreamlights and Spectro and MSEP have something "more" to them (I have no doubts DLers will tell me how wrong I am and I shouldn't judge based on videos. I'm not knocking it, I just think the other parades are better, I could be wowed in person and change my tune and I'm leaving myself open to it). It doesn't feel "classic" to me, and I think it is better suited to be in DCA.

Spectromagic and Dreamlights actually has some love and life put into the music and floats. I remember a quote Jiminy Cricket said during one of the nighttime shows at MK saying that the Magic Kingdom is alot more alive at night. Which is what I think perfectly sums about how Spectromagic fitted MK like bread and butter at night.

It really did. I didn't have the attachment to Spectro like many did (I did for MSEP) but it truly suited the park and I loved it (and it still angers me they left it to rot). Dreamlights suits Tokyo very well. I just think those three parades are more fitting of the castle parks, they have more floats, more variety, and I'm partial to the music. PTN is hip and modern and to me suits DCA a lot better. (As I said, I actually like Owl City's catchy tune, the tech is nice, the floats are impressive but I feel like it's missing something).
And I keep asking you for proof that I have let insults to one president stand while deleting insults towards another. Please don't tell me to go back and search through thousands of posts - you have made the accusation, now please show me proof. If I have NOT deleted a post insulting President Obama, it is because I did not see it.

What should happen is that for the 50th (Ideally before) is that MK gets a Dreamlights version of Spectromagic.

I have to agree with the above posts, Spirit I like you but lately you been starting to act more crankier than usual after certain events that happened two weeks ago. Doesn't help that one thread you created recently just got locked in barely two days (And it was on the political forum section no less) and slowly started mentioning anything political related on non-political threads.
