Just saw this
They look kinda tacky...
I predict the "sliders" will be big with kids.
At the end it talks about "a possible collaboration with Dooney & Bourke and even Swarovski." Can't even imagine what those would cost!
And you're surprised by this?
They have to make their $2 billion back somehow.
With all the negativity surrounding this product in the fan community it seems to me like many just want to hate it. After waiting and listening... I have to say it looks impressive.
Great packaging and display.
Have to admit my interest is piqued. Remains to be seen how well it works with the general public.
There's something comical about this.
My son saw them and really liked the Phineas and Ferb MagicBandits. I can see kids loving the add ons.
What's Next? Extensions for putting Pins on?
I saw tweets of this stuff today. Utterly ridiculous
I can see where some adults won't want to wear them much less "bedazzle" them. But I think they will be a big hit with kids and, yes, maybe even some adults
Without a CoverBand, I'll just have a MagicBland.
I like them and I'm positive my children will love them. Agree that there's a lot of automatic hate out there. They could spew twenty-dollar bills randomly throughout the day and a bunch of people would complain that they aren't fifties.
Bingo. It's going to KILL people that these will be purchased and enjoyed by park guests, absolutely kill them. I have no desire to buy any of these things, but I have zero issues if other people do.
If I was traveling again with my little ones (all grown up now) I would want them to have some kind of accessory so that I could easily tell them apart - the bands, that is - not the kids!
Jon Bovi is my favorite Coverbadnd !!
