Welcome, and hope you enjoy it here as much as we do!
Until recently, I worked at a Disney Store location for 4+ years, including 1+ as a Lead Mgr. I'm now back at my old architectural design job and really needed my weekends back, so had to let the CM thing go.
Not sure where or what you are applying for, but I may be able to answer some questions you may have or give input from my personal experience.
