Living with the Land uses a u-turn loop.

I think I read recently that they did away with that position. But I think they monitored cameras and generally watched that area of the building. Also, some sleeping.

No one there, at least last year. I don't remember seeing anyone there the past 4 years. I always see the empty podium!
