Trip Report (LIVE!) My 21st birthday Disney Extravaganza!!

Hey everyone! My name is Aly and I just turned 21 on December 23rd! To celebrate, my mother (Tammi) and I will be in Disney from TODAY to January 5th! On the 1st, my best friend Megan will be flying to Disney World to stay with us until the 5th!! I visited Disney with Megan in May but haven't been there with my mother since my 16th birthday trip in 2010. My mother and grandmother surprised me with a Disney trip when I was 6 on Christmas day, so The World is very magical for us when we are together. :rolleyes: We do have ADRs like the Epcot Dessert Party, Todds English bluezoo, san angel inn and Hoop-dee-doo revue, but otherwise, we'll be winging it day by day because that's how we like to do Disney!! :)

It's about 3pm here in PA, and our flight is at 8:40pm! We have a few pit stops to make before we're off to the airport!
-go to the bank and cash in our vacation change jar (Disney tradition!)
-go to harrahs casino to gamble with some free credit!

I hope you all enjoy our trip report!!! We are snackers so we will try to get pics of our Disney grub before we gobble it up :p Will try to update as much as we can to share our magic with you all!

Thanks guys!! We'll def enjoy it! Just a rainy night tonight and day tomorrow and then it's sun for all the rest of the stay so far!!

Pineapple and vanilla dole whip!! We rode pirates of the Caribbean, then haunted mansion, it's a small world, then had the dole whip, jungle cruise and then pirates twice in a row, then haunted mansion again, then Winnie the pooh and finally Peter pan!! We were gonna go to Caseys corner for fries again, but they were closed :( luckily we have many more days to do that!

We went to Wolfgang pucks for lunch and we had an Asian chicken salad and a roasted mushroom, arugula, and goat cheese pizza. It was good, but the ginger was a little much on the salad over time and started to burn in our chest. We would advise that if you choose the chinois chicken salad to get the dressing on the side! :)

Disney Quest was so much fun! We played the big human pinball game, aladdin game, the jungle cruise, the pirates of the carribean (a blast), and also some classics like flamin finger, paceman, and galaga! Guess what they also had?? DIRTY DRIVIN!!!! Which is my favorite game at wildwood but I couldn't find them last time I went :( I look for it every time I go to a boardwalk! We played it about 5 times :)

Also, here's a picture of us with our safety turbans in line for the Aladdin ride, I had to post this because it was so funny, it was so dark in there and I used flash... watch out Cinderella this beauty is on the loose in your hometown...

Todd English bluezoo! We got a zoo berry and Swedish fish cocktail the top is a Swedish fish foam. The Swedish fish tasted a lot like medicine to me but my mom thought it was ok! The zoo berry was "berry" good, we ordered another at the end. We thought it would be blue but its actually purple!

We got a poached shrimp cocktail with assorted sauces-avocado sauce, Bloody Mary sauce, mustard sauce and a French sauce. The Bloody Mary and avocado were our favorite! The shrimp were huge and the perfect temperature.

Above is the scallop with beef short rib and cauliflower purée which was so good! One of the best scallops I've ever had.

We also go the fish of the day, mahi mahi with a warm crabmeat sauce. It came with a salad of arugula, roasted potato, and truffle mushrooms (which I really could not get enough of like seriously they were so good)

Oops! We spilled zooberry on the table.

Passion fruit puff with chocolate truffle and passion fruit sauce with pineapple, it was really good! Shoutout to the chef with a+ handwriting...

Then we went to the boardwalk to watch fireworks! Didn't take pictures because I wanted to just watch them and enjoy it. We went right home for sleeping because..... MEGAN IS COMING TODAY!!!!!!

SORRY for not posting!!!! Look at this face!! So distracting.. Last night we went to Hollywood studios for the great movie ride, the improv comedy show, muppetvision 3d, and fantasmic!!! I didn't get pictures from that because I was really just trying to be in the moment for a little while :) but i diiid get pictures of stuff from Fulton's crab house!!

We got: crackers with seafood dip (complimentary) calamari, ahi tuna lettuce cups with soy sesame marinade, cucumber slaw, avocado and ginger, shrimp scampi, and snow crabs!!! Everything was amazing as always, my favorite thing was the ahi tuna cups, but I couldn't get a picture because we ate them SO FAST. Also, note, if you get the calamari, you may be told that the peppers are bold but not hot. They are very hot! lol!

Afterwards we went to magic kingdom and got to ride PoC and jingle cruise! We also got ice cream and Megan bought her mouse ears!! Woohoo!! Off to animal kingdom today!
