so ellis is harder than lets say teh red cross?? cause i heard when i took the tour to join the vacation club w/ my family that they hire tons of lifeguards at the beginning of the summer and that its real easy to get the position..... who knows though.... do u start work at the resort pools and than move to the two water parks or how does that go down??
