Comcast executives confirm King Kong attraction coming to IOA:

The attraction only got a brief mention during a call with analysts to discuss fourth-quarter earnings.

I think it would be interesting if Universal holds off on any formal announcement until at least the exterior of the building is complete. Skip the build up of opening and then start marketing the hell out of it once it opens. How is Avatar coming along? Yaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnn.

Last I read was summer 2016 with soft openings maybe in May.

With how fast construction is going, late 2015/early 2016 sounds more likely. By early-mid April, they could be almost done with the exterior rockwork.
They haven't even started on the inside yet. Summer sounds more likely.

If you look back there's a whole section that's still open. If they have done something I would think its minimal.Haven't they?

Believe it or not I think they have done more for the interior than most may think.
Guess we'll have to wait and see. I would like to see it open earlier than that timeframe I read on OU
