Kids & Free Dining?

If you have a 2 year old child and you take the Disney free dining plan how does that work? What I mean is how much do you pay for the 2 year old?

Under 3 are free (and actually can never order the dining plan), but they eat from your plate. If you order something for them, you need to pay for it.

you can make reservations up to 160 days in advance

You can make reservations for your entire stay 180 days prior to your arrival. So even if there are days that aren't in that 180 day period as long as your arrival is you can book for your entire trip.
