From the statement it seems like the planned outage is 24 hours. However, as in any IT change, if things go well, the systems may be up earlier. If things don't go well, the outage could be longer. If you need to make reservations, i suggest you try logging in once an hour while your awake if possible.

This happened on June 9th as well, supposed to be for 24 hours but ended up going on through the 10th. It said the same thing last time, it only seemed to be resort and dining that were down. Not sure if the site is doing more maintenance or dealing with glitches, but it could be shorter or longer than what we're seeing. On the last one I checked back often, that would be the way to go this time.

The website wasn't even allowing me to log on just now. But the app is still running fine.

Same here! I was getting so frustrated because the message didn't pop up but kept telling me my password was wrong.

Same here at like 9:30-10am EST, but was just able to book one night at Beach Club no issue.
