If there was a fifth gate?

I know there isn't going to be a fifth gate anytime soon, I KNOW!!!!!

But, if there was going to be a fifth gate, villains theme park, what kind of lands and attractions would be best? What would be a good center piece and icon for the park? Im just curious to think what people on here would want to see.
