If cancelling a room reservation, are the dining reservations associated with it cancelled too?

Just like the title says. If for some reason we had to cancel our room reservation would the dining reservations be automatically cancelled as well? I'm hoping not.

No, dining reservations are not tied to resort reservations. Anyone can make dining ADRs at 180 days (or fewer) away from the present date.

Nah, even that doesn't matter. If you make reservations at 180+10, Disney won't go in and cancel them if you cancel the associated room reservation.
