How in the (Disney) World do I

    Pay off my Disney vacation?!!!!! Our saving account has reached that magical number and I want to pay off our vacation in full, but can't find anywhere on the site to do so. Do I have to call ? I'd prefer to do it online so I can print everything out and put it in my Disney binder.

    It seems to be hit or miss getting the payment option to come up on the new site. Call and pay over the phone. I'm sure you could ask to have them send you a receipt, either email or regular mail.

    That's the first time I've heard of someone having a hard time in getting The Mouse their money. ;)
    Mickey usually has my money before I even know what happened. He's magical that way.

    I know it! I thought there would be a giant red flashing button that said pay here right now! But alas they are making it extremely difficult. I tried every link- my reservations, my itinerary, my profile, yada yada. Tried a search, and nothing. Gah! I'm going to have to call tomorrow and force them to take my money.

    I called and they were happy to take my last payment over the phone. I know right?! I would call rather than try to pay online since their website isn't working half the time.

    They will. When you log in, it will show you what's paid and what the balance is. The confirmation does not change, so the first one you got when you made your booking will be the one you use for every payment.

    The sight has been having real issues today. Wouldn't let AP holders on that section today. So it seems
    much is messed up.

    Don't you wonder what is going to happen when they totally roll out the master plan, I smell trouble Lucy.

    On the new site, log into your account. Then click on "My Reservations" under the MyDisney Experience tab. Then, under the Resort listing click on "View Details". It will bring up your details and about 5-10 seconds later it will bring up the "Make a payment" option right under "Reservation for __".

    I've tried it on IE, FIrefox, and Chrome and I've had no problem doing it. If you can't get it to work then call.

    I had to call and pay over the phone. There's definitely a glitch on their site (or at least was). When I "chatted" with a CM to figure out where the to go on the new site to pay, she was directing me to buttons and options that weren't appearing on my screen. So I called and gave my info to a robot--I never even had to talk to a CM to pay!

    Yep. I don't get anything besides our dates and res. # when I click on details. I let it sit for awhile to see if it needed to load, but nothing. Oh well. Calling now.
