How good would an open-world Disney Park game be?

And i'm not talking about something like Toontown Online. I mean something like you're able to walk around the park in real time, and ride all the rides as you go along. You could have the Florida parks as the base maps first, then add the CA parks as an update and so on and so on. Thoughts?

Great idea, but Disney wouldn't rather have people pay 50 bucks to go to the virtual park than have them pay hundreds.
