How early in advance can I book my FastPasses?

Going at the end of Oct. Do I need to get my bands first? I'd like at least a shot of actually getting on Frozen Ever After :)

If staying onsite at a WDW resort you get to make them 60 days out for your whole trip if have park tickets (not MB's has nothing to do with having a band) in your MDE account. And 30 days out day by day (can't do whole trip at once like onsite guests) if not staying on property and have park tickets in your MDE account. :)
