Can someone who has a gift card that you know for sure has a balance got to DisneyGiftCard.com and see if you're able to check the balance?

I can't get the website to work and I'm trying to figure out of it's me or the site.

I just checked and it pulled up the balance.

most cards i have used, gas,etc have a phone number on back you can call

I've had the website glitch on me before, too. The only solution I found was to come back later.
