Years ago I remember being in MK with my father and hearing a child screaming at the POTC entrance. Child was screaming more than usual so of course it caught our attention and we saw a father grabbing the child's bottle or cup and squirting it in the child's face saying "Drink it, Drink it, Drink it!" Followed by the screams of "I don't want to drink it!!!" While it was funny and sad at the same time, you can certainly infer that the child was crying for a drink or food or whatever, then decided against it. Nevertheless we don't know why it happened but was probably the only time I ever saw something go down.

Now if you want to talk about parks in general, Great Adventure in NJ is an entirely different story.

When we were there in January I heard an exchange that stuck with me.

We were headed out of Star Tours and towards the center of the park when I saw a guy grab a stroller from a woman who was on the verge of tears and he yelled at her, "I'm going to take my son and have fun on my vacation. You can go run around with your friends."

He stormed past me at lightspeed grumbling under his breath. I really wanted to turn around and see how the woman was reacting, but my wife tugged my arm in that "don't you dare" kinda way. Thankfully, didn't see them again the rest of the trip.

I had my one and only bad encounter this last trip in January. We were in line for HM and the cast member kept telling us to squeeze in and fill all the dead space. I had been behind this family the whole time until we reached a garbage can. When we went to move again this guy and his girl friend purposely crowded in front of me. When we moved again I got around the can and got in front of them. The guy that had darted in front of me came up behind me and started stepping on the backs of my shoes and kicking into them and then proceeded to rub his body up against my backside. He was waiting to get a rise out of me and I acted like I was unaware he was there. I had all I could do to keep from turning around to tell him to act his age before I kicked his butt but I took the high road and ignored him.. Like all bullies he finally gave up when he knew I wasn't playing his game. Every one I know told me I should have told a CM but it wasn't worth it. You have to pick your battles and in the end I won because I didn't give into him and I was still ahead of him and made sure I satyed ahead of him.
I think youll find that you thrashed him. Ill bet he was gutted you didnt rise to the bait. Well done you

This wasn't a situation of people going berserk, but the situation was pretty insane, so figured I'd mention it for fun :)

My friends and I were on the bus from AKL to MK, and when we swung by Jambo House, the bus got pretty full. A dad and his two preteen (?) girls got on and ended up standing in front of where I was seated; they turned down my offer to sit down. The insane thing is that both girls, who looked like twins and couldn't have been more than 13 or 14, were wearing bare-midriff shirts that went all the way up to their er, mammaries. One was wearing this crazy top that had a literal cutout in the front to expose her navel and went right up the middle. My friends and I spent the whole trip trying NOT to look directly in front of us; I mean, what do you do? Say "sir, your young girls are dressed like adult film actresses and their bare bellies are three inches from my face, it's incredibly gross." I don't know if you're even allowed to wear that stuff in the parks. What kind of dad lets his girls wear stripper clothes?

Once we did see a bunch of younger "as of age" guys walking with beers in front of mexico pavillion, being a little loud, one dropped his beer on the ground right in front of an elderly couple. Without missing a beat, the elderly gentleman says to his wife.."they must be Irish".....i spit out my drink ..lolll

FALSE: We Irish never drop a beer or our man-card gets revoked.

P.S. - hooray for ethnic stereotypes right?

When I was at typhoon lagoon a little boy wouldn't get out of the water and his mother was screaming at him. She went dragged him out by the arm and then continued to slap him. A CM ran over and was telling her to stop.. I was really uncomfortable so I walked away.. I felt bad for the CM.

I can't imagine what goes on at home if that happened out in the open at a water park. You're at the happiest place on earth! Some people just shouldn't have kids.

This wasn't going beserk but was weird...

We were in line for the Jungle cruise, there was this elderly indian gentleman with his (we presumed) grandson, who was probably 6-7yrs old. Well, the young lad was sitting on one the garbage cans with his hands cupped on his cheeks. Grandda would slap him. They both laughed..then it was grandsons turned to slap grandpa....whack!! they both laughed.

This continued back and fourth the entire time in line (probably 20mins)...everyone in line was at awe..but they seemed to being having fun.

That day foward, we always remembered "the slapping game" ...loll

A while back, my family and I were at Epcot and it had started pouring rain right after Illuminations and the monorail was down, so there is a huge crowd waiting for buses. We've been waiting for a while and before anyone even knows what is happening, some guy is about to punch somebody else in the face. Like, there are about three guys and a CM or two holding him back (this guy was not small by any definition). He gets hauled off and everybody in the line is really tense for a while after. And then my mom, usually pretty stoic, goes "Maybe he had to pee?" and everybody laughed and relaxed again. It was a long day, lol.

We need time for things to happen.

My son and I have a very similar game that involves roundhouse kicks and ninja stars. It hurts like he!! and there is some permanent scarring, but ohhhh the laughs we have.

I had the joy of being at MK at the same time as this crazy lady, and when you hear my story maybe some of you were there and remember. Well she was just the loudest rudest not to mention magic ruining woman ever. First it was at the line for tinker bell meet and greet and she was in the fast pass but there was only a 5 min wait that time so she ended up with the regular line but instead of listening to the cast member to go through the fast last line sectioned rope she insisted on hopping over the red ropes to get to the front faster so she ended up falling and then yelling and screaming that no one would help her and blaming the poor cm. So after that we were all ushered into the same room right before where you meet tinkerbell and she comes in still yelling and complaining about why was she with everyone else if she had fast pass and so she pushed and shoved (literally, kids and all) through the crowd to get to the front of the line. She even pushed my toddler back and said something like "move sweetie". Then she goes up to tinker bell, and starts complaining to tinker bell about how she paid all this money to get here (like if the rest of us didn't) and she deserved to be first. So toddlers and kids are here listening to this lady tell tinkerbell different things that just sucked the magic out of her, and poor tink kept trying to improvise and pretend she didn't understand what all these "human world" problems were. So after her rant she then made a personal 15min photo session, pulling tink around to different areas of the que line where you normally don't take pictures and literally dragging the poor tink around and just making her own personal photo shoot. I later saw the lady again at the Elsa and Anna meet and the same thing all over. Yelling and cussing and (since there was no wait) demanding why if she had a fast pass she was the same group who didn't hav one. Well at the end of the day I see her being escorted by a CM and security so I think Disney had enough of her :D

UNMAGICAL! MY LITTLE PRINCE AND PRINCESS SHOULD MEET TINKERBELL THE INSTANT THEY WANT TO!
Of course Disney itself creates these sorts of Me Monsters. Have you seen one of the most recent DisneyParks TV ad's? A family is at some check-in desk at a resort, and the CM asks if they would like anything else. The family starts spouting off different demands, (breakfast with a Princess, ride the monorail, be back in time for the fireworks...etc). The CM sprouts wings & waves her wand, suggesting that any demand will be met.
I get the angle Disney was going for with this ad, I really do. But I still found it kinda amusing how it was pandering to the "I want it NOW!" crowd.

We saw a guy standing in a blocked off area right before wishes and they asked him to move and he refused because he said his wife wouldn't be able to find him. They said sir that is fine you can stand right here out of the walkway basically 2 feet away and he just lost it. Started dropping f-bomb left and right F%^& you I wait here you F%&^ you F%$^ you over and over. Then another park guest walked over to him and told him to quit cursing around his kid and basically said come on man just stand right there. And then he went into full on lets fight right now mode and if you want me to move why dont you call my lawyer type stuff it was quite entertaining! :)
