I tried to follow @Lucky 's lead and get you a clown myself. Sadly, there was only one left to hire.

Though I don't think this one is "well". All he does is linger around in the sewers talking about how everything floats. So just do yourself a favor, and forget this birthday gift ever happened. Probably a bad idea from the start.

To make it up to you, I bought a gift certificate to Bojangles' for you to enj...and the clown just ate the gift certificate. Nevermind then.
