Okay, so I got to thinking about what it could be like if DHS were to ever get its own Halloween event (post-Star Wars Land opening), and here's what I came up with:
Ghostly Citizens of Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd
Projection show on the Chinese Theatre focusing on Disney Villains
Oogie Boogie hosted show on Center Stage
Meet and greets around Echo Lake with the Disney Villains
Extra Stormtroopers in Star Wars Land
Haunted House themed to Sid's room and backyard in Toy Story Land
Fall-themed games in Toy Story Mania
Princess and the Frog themed overlay of Rock'N'Rollercoaster in which guests are launched into the "Other Side" to meet Dr. Facilier's demonic friends
Ghostly patrons in the Tower of Terror queue and/or the trio from California
This would have to be an upcharge event because of its thoroughness and the more adult nature of some of the aspects of it. Since DHS closes around 10 at the latest, though, they could do the event without really affecting park hours.
