Guest showing up twice on MDE

My mom was looking over our plans for our upcoming trip this weekend, and someone in our group is listed twice on MDE, so it's saying we have 8 guests instead of 7. It's messing up all of our Fps. She can't figure out how to remove the extra one. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you Mom set up everyone? If so then someone in your group already had a MDE account or set up their own. It would be the guest listed twice. Call the MDE technical support line and have it straightened out.
