Getting packed and ready!! How are the parks?

:sohappy: I'm heading out Monday morning for a 4-day visit to WDW! Just wondering if any of you were in the parks this week -- wanted to see if the crowds were still light. I guy I know at church said they went Tuesday and his kids went on Splash Mountain EIGHT times!! (Of course, Dumbo still had a 30 minute wait, go figure!).

Any input on current conditions would be greatly appreciated!
