Friends staying at our campsite before their trip?

We have a "room" only reservation for a campsite from 11/5-11/19. Our friends have a free dining reservation at CSR starting on the 14th, and they're flying down. How possible is it to have them stay at our campsite for a day or two before their CSR trip? There would be 10 of us total, so we wouldn't be over the capacity for the site. Would they have to be listed on our reservation (and potentially pay extra adult fees) for all 14 nights? They'd like to use Magical Express, but they don't need access to their park tickets or dining plan while they're staying with us.

They don't have to be listed on the reservation for the entire time. You can add them at the front desk after you check in. Just tell them which dates they'll be there for.

But, they *probably* won't be able to take Magical Express if they're not listed on the reservation before the trip. The Front Desk and DME *might* be able to arrange something, but your friends should be prepared to make alternate transportation arrangements if not.

If they were added to your reservation ahead of time in order to use Magical Express they would need to pay everything that you are paying on your reservation.

The easiest thing thing for them to do is make a 1 night reservation somewhere on property and then they get Magical Express.

Or have your friends call DME to see if they can be transported to CSR the day before their trip - but they will only be able to be transported to CSR since that is where they have their reservation.
