FP+ & Leaving and Returning to a Park between Reservations

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone know if its possible or what happens in you leave and return to the same park between FP+ Reservations?

I am mainly looking at Epcot and being there to Rope Drop Test Track so an early start, followed by FP+ at Soarin and Mission Space.

I then want to leave after our 12.25pm ADR for a 3 hour rest at our room and return to use FP+ at 5.30pm on Character Spot.

Ideally I would not plan this way but Character Spot only has times after 3.30pm and that would make the Rest too late to warrant as we would like to watch Illuminations and a late finish.

So will I still be able to use my FP+ for Character Spot if I leave the park or does it get cancelled?

Leaving and returning does not affect your FP+ reservations.

You can even use it to your advantage with the revolving 4th FP+. If you've gotten through all of your first three and you're leaving the park to head back to your hotel, grab a FP+ at a kiosk on your way out of the park to use when you return. (Of course this only works if you'll be returning to the same park)
