FP+ At party?

Sorry if its been asked im asking for a friend they have tickets for the merry party on the 9th of December but wont be buying regular admission can they evej use FP+ ?

They can schedule FP between 4-7 pm. The party ticket allows entry at 4. No FP during official party hours of 7-midnight.
