Food Courts with Set Prices?

In an older thread about the POFQ food court, someone said this about the Coronado Springs food court:

"We stayed at Coronado Springs last time and the food court was pretty lousy. It looked very exciting with all the choices, but the flavor was not there and it was $15 per person regardless of what you ate."

This is the first I've heard of a resort food courts (or any at WDW) having a flat rate for diners. Sorry, didn't catch the date of the post. This isn't correct, or not now, is it?

I think it was that way for a short while, they had a buffett of sorts there. I think the Coronado is back to a regular station food court, but I think they still have a added percentage for service to the bill if you sit and eat there.
