Flights from SFO to WDW

Hello All,
I am planning a trip to WDW for my GF and her two sisters in June 11-18 of 2016. As I am searching up flights I was wondering which would typically be cheaper to get to Florida? And Base off of your experience which airlines have you had the most luck with in getting great deals for flights? (We are willing to drive where ever)

SFO to Fort Lauderdale?
SFO to Tampa?
SFO to MCO?

Looks like Southwest would do SFO or OAK to MCO, but they are only booking until April 11, so no idea what their prices would end up being. Spirit is coming up cheapest right now, but you will pay fees for everything. Want to do a carry on? Fee. Want to check luggage? Fee. Want to print your boarding pass? Fee. Want a drink? You guessed it, fee. Sprit, Southwest, Jetblue etc are usually the cheapest with legacy carriers normally cost more. But most of the low cost carriers costs go up as they book more seats.
