block can go up quickly, only limited by code to around 10 layers/day(well at least here in my county) to allow the mortar to set and not be squeezed out of the lower layers

Saw it last week but didn't stop for pics. Looks like both hotels are topped off and trees have been planted. A lot of progress since March. Saw a resort bus marked training driving out there. Maybe checking out travel time?

Likely it really was just training. Disney is certainly not going to offer bus transportation to these two hotels (though the properties can run their own buses, as many area hotels do).

I'm wondering if they might provide service because it was announced that this area will focus on WWoS events. I have no idea. And maybe not a regular schedule but event-driven. Or, hey, a monorail! :D

Photo update as of Friday, May 29. From the Orlando Sentinel dated May 25, 2015 (Monday).

"A "topping off" ceremony Thursday included placing the final structural steel beam for the first two hotels in the Flamingo Crossings development at Walt Disney World's western edge. SpringHill Suites by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott will be open in February. Flamingo Crossings, about half a mile from Disney World's western entrance, is aimed at budget tourists and teams participating in events at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Its unique amenities include athletic facilities with a sports practice field and a batting cage. The complex will also have a poolside restaurant and bar. Each (SpringHill) suite will have a microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and large flat-screen television. The TownPlace Suites will have studio and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens. It will have a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week food and beverage store."

Will that hopefully mean some peace and quiet at the all star?
