FL resident parking and toothsome?

Today, Sunday 10/30 is Halloween horror nights at Universal . I am not going to that but wanted to take a friend to the toothsome emporium around 8pm tonight. As a Florida resident , is parking $5 tonight or is it the full $20 given horror nights ?

Also , how long is the typical wait for toothsome ? Is it worth it ?

Thanks. That is what the website says and $5 from 8 to 10pm (FL residents) but then below that it says excludes horror nights .

It's usually free for FL residents after 6pm, but on Halloween Horror Nights, it's full price until 8pm, then $5 from 8 to 10pm (free after that, I believe).
