Figured out how to access online payment!!

Of course I would figure this out after I called and paid over the phone, but in case anyone else wanted to pay online or check out their balance etc. Go to customize maps (even if you already have ordered them) and it brings you to a page where you can see the title bar of old before they switched the website. From there just click on my reservations and then view details and VOILA! There is the invoice and whatnot. Just wanted to share :)

Thank you so much. I have done hours of research on this question of where to pay and you finally answered it.

Glad I could help! It was driving me nuts. Disney said a ton of people are having problems with the new site and that it should be fixed soon, but that was over a month ago and I still can't access it from mydisneyexperience. Not a huge deal, but I like to see all my info in one place.

It worked! Was good to see the old page again. I also spent many hours/phone calls talking to great CMs.(always a pleasure!) I still can't link my resv on the "My Disney Experience" page, but thank you so much for your solution to see the resv, incl Magical Express, etc.!

Wow, wish I had seen this before I paid on the phone last night, hah! That was boggling my brain for days, digging through the site! They've also apparently buried any kind of online method of reserving Magical Express, as I had to do that on the phone as well. I can't even see that in my reservations list now that it's booked :T

Thats weird, mine when I click on My Reservations then details It says the dates, confirmation number, the resort, and whose in the party. In small print at the bottom it says I have 8 days until online check in and to call disney if I need to change or cancel. You would think it would be the same for everyoneo_O

EDIT: Using the OP's method I got to the online payment!! YAY! Now to figure out how to add Magical Express....

EDIT TO MY LAST EDIT: if you click this site https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/reservations/dme/index?bhcp=1 you can add on Magical Express :)
