No. They have never moved the afternoon parade time any of the other 35 years of evening parties.

I like the change - we're big fans of the parade, but it's hard to do the "afternoon break" when you don't leave the park until 3:30-4. With an earlier parade, you can still leave and have 3+ hours before dinner.

They've never had a behemoth like Happily Ever After. The solution is to move the shows earlier and add a nighttime parade. I hear Disneyland has a spare one sitting around.
