Fees for Garden Grocer ?

Is it true that Disney may charge an extra fee for groceries delivered from outside of their resorts ?

Not for Garden Grocer only for actual packages that are shipped say from Amazon etc. you are charged the fee per box to store them now. But local grocery orders like GG they do not charge a fee at least not yet.
