Typical Scotsman,we always go in July and when walking around the world I always have one beer, and it's always at Canada,a cool molson'.was wondering what other members would suggest to try at their favourite countries,im not a lover of British Bass beer at R and C. I also enjoy the Bud draft at American Pavilion.

Not sure if they serve it year-round but I love Hoegaarten when they serve it during Wine and Food fest. We usually go for that as it is our wedding anniversary and they started it the same year we were married so kinda cool to get pics in front of all the "celebrating XX years" signs.

Octoberfest in Germany is always a must for me.

I tried this one for the first ime on our last trip. Then I had another and another......good beer.

I also had a beer at Morracco. Can't tell you the name but I was pleasantly surprised. Pretty good.

Altenmunster Oktoberfest in Germany... get the tall souvenier glass (well, plastic) to take home. Delicious! :slurp:

They also serve Spaten which is a solid choice on a hot day, or Hovels. Finally, while my wife/kids ran off to see Mary Poppins, Dad ducked into Rose and Crown and they have a fantasic choice of beers on tap in there as well... Enjoy! I'm jealous!

Another vote for Spaten and all the other great German beers. That country does beer right.

There's always good stuff in the American Adventure, too -- Sam Adams is a standard but it's a great brew, and sometimes I've seen them carry craft beer when showcasing local cuisine, too.

Sunshine Seasons used to carry my favorite beer of all time, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. But I haven't seen it there (well, haven't looked) in a long time. If you're getting sitdown in The Land, though, Garden Grill has some great beers (Yuengling included!).

One caution: don't get any of the beers at the Asian pavilions. Blech.

Oh, I nearly forgot -- try all of the great Unibroue beers at Le Cellier. (They're the ones with the epic, art museum-worthy labels.) La Fin du Monde, Trois Pistoles, Maudite are all among the best beers on the planet. Not sure if they're sold anywhere else in the Canada pavilion.

If you couldn't tell, I'm a bit of a beer geek. :drevil:

I would love to say Spaten Optimator @ Germany, but they do not cartry Spaten anymore.

Currently I would say La Rossa is my favorite and is only available @ Via Napoli and they sell it by the pitcher too if you are dining there.

My favorite from the F & W was BraufactuM Indra which was served at the Brewers collection booth near Germany. Very nice pale ale and would love it to become a permanent addition to the Germany beer line-up.
