I assume many on here will say the 90's Disney films (and the sporadic Frozen fan), but I'm curious as to the responses.

Undoubtedly the best Disney musical ever is the one that sparked the Renaissance:

Grease is superb! Being a British transplant here in the US, I feel it's more highly regarded over in the UK.

Just so you don't mean Grease 2, ya know the second one. What a horrible thing that was. :hungover:

So horrible that it's actually amazing. Seriously, though, the songs are hugely enjoyable, even if the plot itself is really weak. Michelle Pfeiffer's "Cool Rider" is all kinds of awesome.

Additionally, Rocketman is outstanding.

As much as I love Bohemian Rhapsody, and let’s be frank, the fact that Queen is the greatest rock group of all time helps my opinion of that film greatly, Rocketman is the direction that film should have had.

Which is ironic, considering the director who replaced Bryan Singer on BR directed RM.
