Even though I no longer eat red meat, I would say BK for the burgers and a slight edge to BK for the chicken (Mc)nuggets. Wendy's has good chicken strips too. For Breakfast, sodas, and french fries; definitely McDonald's.

Well.....I think McDs has the edge on fries and shakes. They may be equal on burgers, though. I'd go to Wendy's though if I wanted chicken as I could eat the spicy chicken sandwich all day.

For the Burgers I would go with Burger King. For the fries and the breakfast(I love the McGriddles) it is McDonald's for me.
