Fastpass+ Wait Time

Odd questions,

If you have a fastpass+ for, lets say, 7 Dwarf Mine Train at 9:30am, how long is your wait when you get in the Fastpass+ line?

Should you allow yourself 30 to 45 minutes between Fastpass+ bookings?

Is this true in all the parks?

I think it only lets you book in 60 minute increments anyway. They can't be overlapped, but can start directly after. You'll be fine even if you go at the latest possible check in time, you still have an hour for the other.
