From the main WDWMAGIC.com:

5. Will Annual Passholders be able to use 'MyMagic+'?

Yes, Disney has said that they will be contacting Annual Passholders to provide them with a MagicBand to take part in the program.
  • AP holders will have the same FASTPASS+ rules as resort guests, with 60 days out reservations, for one park only per day, and three selections per day.

So does this mean that if an AP holder park-hops, they are not entitled to fastpasses in the park they hop too, or does it only apply to fastpass reservations?

FP+ is restricted to one park per day currently, so if you park hop you cannot get FP+ at multiple parks.

Hmmmmmm......so if one person has FP and another ( son or wife) does not...only FP user can have the Magic+?)
OK so if you have Magic+ and use it at MK in morning and then go to Epcot ,you can't even get FP just using your AP ticket as usual??
We always park hop...I wouldnt ever consider using unless you could at both parks that day.

When FP+ is rolled out permanently, paper FP's will go away. If you don't have a login on the WDW website or the app on your phone, you'll be able to make same-day selections on an in-park kiosk. It's unclear if Guest Relations will be able to "link" peoples Bands/Ticket Cards to each other so that one person can wave their ticket/band and made FP+ selections for everyone in their party, or if the selection process will have to be repeated for each person in the party.

The whole only 3 no matter what per day thing is gonna go it just has to. They would lose money with park hoppers, plus it's really it shouldn't be that difficult to accomplish.
