Ok so I have been working on a TR, but I figured since it is going to take me forever to finish it since I am T-Minus 51 days until my wedding, I will do the PTR in a separate post.
Our flight is at 7:30 AM two days after our wedding (thank you AirTran for changing it a half hour earlier...arg) from Pittsburgh, and since my parents live 2 hours from the airport we are leaving at 3 AM. We get into Orlando around 9:30, and we will go and check in at the Boardwalk Villas.
(My fiancé's brother is in DVC so fiancé is used to staying in Villa accomodations, so we decided to rent points through David's Vacation Club rentals-it actually turned out to be close to the same price as staying in a moderate resort!)
We're pretty sure our rooms won't be ready so we plan to drop off our stuff and go hit Downtown Disney, then come back for swimming and a nap whenever our rooms are ready. We are really excited to go activate the Annual Passes we bought at our Disney Store...we will be hitting up DHS for our ADR's at Sci-Fi Drive In.
On day two, we will probably go to Epcot and MK.
Day 3 we will board the Disney Cruise Line porthole buses, because we are off on our 4-night Bahamian Cruise on the Disney Dream!!! We will stop in Nassau on the second day, where we have booked a snorkeling excursion on the Caribbean Queen. The following day is a day at sea, then the last full day is Castaway Cay!!! Neither one of us has ever been on a cruise, nor even been anywhere tropical. SO EXCITED!
We return after the cruise to WDW for 4 more nights, and this time we will be staying in Wilderness Lodge Villas! Some of the highlights of that part of our trip will be going to Animal Kingdom (I've actually never been!), ADR's at California Grill, ADR's for breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, seeing the Electrical Water Pageant (which we missed on our last trip), and maybe even horseback riding!
We will return from our 10 day adventure to rest and get working on all those thank-you notes!!!
